Support freedom in Ukraine

Ukrainian PEN is a cultural and human rights non-governmental organization that unites Ukrainian journalists, writers, scientists, publishers, translators, and human rights activists.

We need your help to create projects and materials designed to defend freedom of speech, promote Ukrainian culture and the values ​​of independent journalism.

Your contribution – it supports discussions, awards, festivals, regional trips and PEN books.

Ukrainian PEN is a non-profit organization, it exists only through voluntary donations and assistance of patrons. All proceeds will be used to develop Ukrainian PEN projects, organize discussions, literary awards, festivals that promote Ukrainian culture and the values ​​of independent journalism, as well as administrative costs for authors' trips to regions and PEN books.

Ukrainian PEN does not store the data of bank cards of philanthropists. For money transfer operations, a philanthropist using a bank card Ukrainian PEN uses a payment decision from PrivatBank (Ukraine) – LiqPay. With LiqPay, you can make charitable contributions with Mastercard / VISA cards in real time and be confident about the protection of personal information.

In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Payment Systems and Funds Transfer in Ukraine" from 05.04.2001 № 2346-III for legal entities, including non-profit organizations, which is the Ukrainian PEN, with the help of Internet acquiring services (including LiqPay) can raise funds only in the national currency of Ukraine – hryvnias.

Reference : currency transfer and crediting of funds to the foreign currency accounts of the Ukrainian PEN is possible only if an international transfer is made using the SWIFT system from the Payer's own account to the Recipient's foreign currency account – that is, according to bank details by interbank transfer. How it works:
