Bondarenko Alisa
Graduated from Mariupol State University as a philologist of modern Greek language and literature in 2014.
Worked as a project coordinator and coach at the Space of Tolerance Kyiv Educational Center (2014-2016). Was engaged in organization of projects aimed at non-formal youth education in the field of human rights, inter-ethnic tolerance, and prevention of any form of discrimination (Building Bridges Instead of Walls, Sources of Tolerance international camp, Tolerance Club for Teenagers, Memory Walk, Model of International Criminal Court). Alisa also was a manager, fundraiser and coach within the projects of non-formal youth education at the Congress of National Communities of Ukraine NGO (European Camp, European Studies).
Worked as a manager of the Significant Events and Fellowships grant programs at the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation in 2018-2021.
In 2015-2017, Alisa took part in international professional trainings in human rights, forums on civic activism and prevention of discrimination in Hungary, Macedonia, Armenia, France, Georgia, and Germany.
Since 2021, she is a manager in charge of cultural projects such as prizes, festivals, competitions and other literary initiatives at PEN Ukraine.
Alisa is interested in contemporary Ukrainian culture (literature, visual art, cinema), collage practice, Gestalt therapy, and human rights.
