Kuzyk Rostyslav

Poet, translator, cultural manager, photographer, performer

Co-founder and participant of the Literary Disunion Gran (Fringe, since 2018), poetry and visual project Stykhiyni (Elemental, 2015-2017), poetry and sound project Metal (2021), and art festival Vorhola (2021-2022).

Winner of the grant program #TalentsForUkraine from the KSE Foundation (2025). Fellow of the program of the President of Ukraine for young artists (2023-2024). As a cultural manager, was awarded within the contest of Lviv’s cultural activists (2024). Laureate of two contests of visual poetry (Vydymist (Vision, 2019, poetry by Hrytsko Chubay) and Monocle (2019, Ї Festival)). His poem represented Lviv in the international project of the Reykjavik City – Read the World (Iceland, 2018). Winner of the all-Ukrainian poetry contest Haivoronnia (2016).

Participant of various literary and art events in Ukraine, Poland, Italy, and Denmark. Participant of the first Propysy workshop festival for emerging authors, launched by PEN Ukraine (Ivano-Frankivsk, 2021), international creative residency in Białowieża Forest (Poland, 2023), Oleh Lysheha residency (Ivano-Frankivsk, 2023), and BAZHAN Residency (Kamianets-Podilskyi, 2025).

His poem served as the lyrics for the song Osin (Autumn) of the Galicia-Donbas band Nazva (2023).

His poetry was translated into Estonian, English, French, Croatian, Polish and Hebrew languages.

Since autumn 2023 he has been managing the Mystetska Biblioteka (Art Library) in Lviv.
