Kondratenko Iryna

Iryna has over 7 years of experience in non-formal education, event management, project management, and communications. She graduated from Mariupol State University in 2019 (BA in political studies).

She worked with dozens of NGOs, educational platforms and initiatives. Among them: Khalabuda education hub, Building Ukraine Together, Mariupol Entrepreneurs Association NGO, etc. In 2024-2025, she managed the work with schools and departments at the GoGlobal educational foundation (her responsibilities included establishing partnerships with educational facilities, event coordination, communication with participants, project implementation maintenance, and analytics).

In 2023, Iryna worked as an account manager at Beetroot Academia, supporting students throughout the entire education and organizing all the key processes of the training cycle. Later she changed her position to that of the event manager and began to create events for the Academia community.

• Event management (2018–2023): organization of online and offline events, moderation, logistics, communication with participants;
• Curating educational programs at the education hub (2018–2022): business school, training courses, work with students and teachers;
• SMM and content (2018–2022): developing content plans, visual communication, social media administrating;

Iryna is an experienced civic initiatives activist: she conducted various public opinion surveys, participated in volunteer initiatives, implemented social projects, taught German language and coordinated a volunteer headquarters in 2022.
