Project description

It was founded by PEN Ukraine in 2018 for development of Ukrainian literature and book environment, popularization of reading and promotion of Kharkiv’s culture. In 2018–2019 the residency was being funded by the Kharkiv Regional State Administration. During this period the residents were: writers Liuba-Paraskewija Strynadiuk, Liubko Deresh, Michael Zeller (Germany), Kateryna Kalytko, and translator Iaroslava Strikha. In 2020 the project was funded by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.
